What do we save, and for how long?
When you submit a sample for analysis we will save your e-mail address, and billing information to be able to return the results from the analysis to you, and to follow up your experience of the service we are providing, as well as fulfilling our legal requirements.

Cookies
We use a third-party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only processed in a way which does not identify anyone. We do not make, and do not allow Google to make, any attempt to find out the identities of those visiting our website.

Sharing your data
Your submitted data will be stored on the TIGERQ AB servers provided by Microsoft Azure, who’s privacy policy can be found here https://www.microsoft.com/enus/trustcenter/privacy/default.aspx. The information is not transferred outside the EU.

You have the right to view, amend or delete the personal data we store, just as simple as sending an e-mail to [email protected]
